Return & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-order nature
All items in our store are printed on-demand after your order is placed. Because each item is custom-produced for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.

2. When you’re eligible for a free reprint or refund
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us (thenashvillenightsband@gmail.com) within 30 days of the delivery date (i.e., after the carrier marks it as delivered).
We’ll ask for a clear photo of the issue. If validated, we’ll offer you either:

A free replacement/reprint, or
-
A refund for the item.
You do not need to return the item to us.

3. What we cannot cover
We’re unable to offer returns or refunds for items because of:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

Simply changing your mind

Minor print placement variations or small size/measurement deviations (within standard manufacturing tolerances)

Issues caused by low-quality or low-resolution design uploads or personalized customization.
4. How to request a reprint/refund
Please send us an email with your order number and a photo clearly showing the defect or damage. We’ll review the issue and respond with next steps.
If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as soon as possible.
5. Lost in transit or invalid address
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided, we may offer a partial refund or allow you to pay for a replacement reprint after confirming the address issue.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or through your account balance depending on the platform in use. Please allow a few business days for the credit to post.
If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, exchange rate adjustments may apply.
